Class of Travel
AirAsia provides two classes of travel :
Business Class - AirAsia's Business class passengers have spacious seat that reclines, the cabin crew provides pillow and blanket with a complimentary meal and drink. Before boarding, passengers can change flights without further fees and have priority check-in and baggage delivery.
Economy class - AirAsia's Economy Economy class with standard seats come with extra legroom, passengers can pre-book meals during reservation or request for available meals onboard.
Baggage Allowance
Economy class passengers free baggage allowance for checked luggage is 25 - 32 kg depending upon the fare type (low fare/value pack) free baggage for carrying on is 7kgs.
Business class passengers free baggage allowance for checked luggage is 25 kg whereas carry on is 7kgs.
Frequent Flyer Programme
BIG LOYALTY is the airline's frequent flyer program that allows members to earn points on every booking and can be redeemed for upgrades and flight tickets. BIG LOYALTY members are automatically upgrades from Red to Gold to Platinum to Black according to the number of times one flys in AirAsia per year.
In-flight Services
AirAsia offers a wide variety of fresh and delicious meal on every flight with the famous Santan Menu which passengers can pre-book during reservation or request on board. AirAsia passengers can choose from a wide selection of alcoholic beverages which can be purchased onboard. All pre-booked meals come with a complimentary drink! Xcite Tab is the in-flight entertainment which can be rented on board on all AirAsia flights. Xcite Tab Tab with a 10.1" full HD widescreen display has a battery backup of 6 hours and is pre-loaded with high-definition content comes with a headset. As there are a limited number of units of Xcite Tab, passengers can pre-book for a discounted price.
Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can Check-in online 14 days to 24 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can Check-in online 14 days to 24 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
Onboard Support
Air Asia provides assistance for passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs, airport assistance during check in are provided by on ground staff. Passengers can choose a service that best suits their need. Expectant mothers and parents of unaccompanied children can read the regulations and policies before flying here.
Refund & Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Air Asia sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
