Xiamen Air (formerly known as Xiamen Airlines) is a passenger airline based in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China. It was founded on July 25th, 1984. It was primarily established to connect Fujian to the other parts of China but now the fleet has expanded and operates to numerous cities. Travel Class
Xiamen Air provides for three travel classes:
First Class: The passengers are allowed to carry one hand baggage and one check-in luggage which can weigh up to 40kgs inclusive of the fare. In-flight means can be purchased or pre-booked. Miles can be earned and redeemed while booking tickets online. First Class passengers and VIP cardholders can enjoy the First Class lounge service before the scheduled departure.
Business Class: The passengers are allowed to carry one hand baggage and one check-in luggage which can weigh up to 30kgs inclusive of the fare. In-flight means can be purchased or pre-booked. Miles can be earned and redeemed while booking tickets online.
Economy Class: The passengers are allowed to carry one hand baggage and one check-in luggage which can weigh up to 20kgs inclusive of the fare. In-flight means can be purchased or pre-booked. MIles points can be earned and redeemed while booking tickets online. Frequent Flyer Program
Erget Miles is the frequent flyer program of Xiamen Air. Members can earn miles by flying with Xiamen Air or SkyTeam partner airlines by purchasing items at select partner outlets as well. These points can be redeemed for tickets, upgrades and exclusive products from the Xiamen AIr’s online shopping mart. Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in online 24 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.

Passengers are allowed to carry hand luggage that can weigh up to 5 kgs and check in luggage that can weigh 20 kgs for Economy Class, 30 kgs for Business Class and 40 kgs for First Class.

Xiamen Air provides assistance for guests with special needs, Infants, expectant mothers, unaccompanied minors and any pre-departure arrangements. The Airport Customer Services units assist in check-in and departure procedures, receiving an unaccompanied minor, demonstration of seatbelt safety to children. Refund and Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Xiamen Air’s sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee except for the infant’s fare.
